Enrollment & Admission
Enrollment is a three-step process:
Step 1: Submit the application form and a non-refundable $45 application fee

We accept application fees by check.

Submit the application fee by mail, in person, or drop it off in the mail slot on the office door at any time to 957 Colorado Ave Palo Alto, CA 94303.
Step 2: Admission Notices sent to Families

Placement forms confirming enrollment will be sent out by February of the prior school year. Example: For 2025-2026 school year, admission notices will go out in February 2025.

Enrollment is offered on a first-come, first-served basis with space allowing and priority given to PAFNS alumni families and members of Friends Meeting.
Step 3: Reserve Placement
To reserve your placement, please submit the following:

Signed Placement Form

Non-refundable tuition deposit (equal to one month’s tuition that will be applied to student’s May or Spring tuition installment)

One-time placement fee of $150 (for new families only)
Eligibility

For the two-year-old programs: the child must be two before their first day of school

For the three through five year old programs: the child must be three years old by September 1st of that school year

Parents can fulfill the family cooperative requirements

If you would like to be considered for a need-based Scholarship, please reach out to info@pafns.org and the Director will send you a confidential Scholarship Application.
Annual Tuition Rates
Families can choose to pay tuition in 10-monthly installments or a Fall and Spring installment.

You can have the option to mix and match program types to build a schedule that best fits the needs of your child.

Example: A family can sign up for 2 days of "Morning" only program and 3 days of "Afternoon with Lunch Bunch" program.

10% discount for families signing up for 5 days of "Morning and Afternoon with Lunch Bunch
